When a bus needs warranty or even normal repair, we can count on the repair being done correctly and timely the first time. Recent extensive transmission cooler recall (S10RD) work on eleven of our buses was performed expeditiously taking an average of two days per bus. Parts stock is good and communications regarding parts delivery, cost and ETA has been excellent.
